Hi everyone, today I will do a pasta salad, it is a great and delicious dish (I love it a lot )

Made with simple ingredients, this salad is flexible you can add whatever you love and do it anytime.

Plus, you are looking at under 35 minutes from start to finish. Not too bad, especially when you can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days! Isn’t that amazing

So, let’s start:

Ingredient:

§  Penne pasta (you can choose any type that you want but I prefer penne, fusilli, rotini, and farfalle (bow tie)

§  Vegtomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and whatever you have

§  Red peans

§  black olive.

and you can choose whatever ingredient to put in like : sweet corn, pickles, cheese

for the dressing:

§  2 tbsp tahini

§  ½ cup yogurt

§  ½ cup lemon juice

§  ½ tsp salt

§  2 tbsp olive oil

How to do :

1-     For the Pasta, you need to add a pinch of Salt and a tablespoon of Olive Oil to Boiling water, then add the Pasta, it takes 15 minutes to be done. (Adding Olive oil will prevent the Pasta from sticking together) . when its done  Drain and rinse well under cold water


2-     While the Pasta is cooking, lets prepper the dressing. Whisk tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil until blended

 

3-     Start by Prep your vegetables: chop cucumber, bell pepper, and Tomato

4-     Combine pasta, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, red pean, and olives in a salad bowl.


5-     Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat 


6-     You can put it in the retrigger, or eat it right away (I prefer to let it cool down first ), Enjoy !!!

Mashed Potatoes Hi everyone, I got one of my wisdom teeth removed a couple of days ago, so I can’t eat any type of sold food, so mashed potatoes were my best choice meal.
