Shakshuka
HI . .
. today we will make Shakshuka, it’s
a delicious dish and have a lot of nutrition in it, plus a lot of flavors.
What
is Shakshuka?
Shakshuka is a North
African and Middle Eastern dish of Eggs poached in a sauce of Tomatoes, Olive
oil, Peppers, Onion, and Garlic, commonly spiced with Cumin, Paprika,
and Chili, it can be done in different
ways depending on the country (Palestine, Tunis, Libya, Morocco,
Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and other country), and today I
will make it depending on my recipe, so let’s start:
Ingredients:
2. 1 bell pepper
3. 2 tbs Butter
4. 2 eggs
5. ½ tsp Black pepper
6. Salt
7. 1 small to medium size onion
8. ½ tsp pomegranate honey sauce (you can add more)
9. 2 cloves garlic
How to do it:
1. Chop the onion, add it to a pan with a little Butter on medium heat, stir it for about 3 minutes or until the onion become golden.
5. When the
sauce is ready, use the back of a spoon and make some holes in the sauce. Crack
your eggs and nestle each egg in one of the holes you created,
Whisk the eggs or keep them as they are, Cover the pan and allow the eggs to simmer in the sauce over medium-low heat until the eggs cooks.
6. Serve immediately! Once the eggs are ready, garnish with parsley and serve immediately! Enjoy!!!

SHAKSHUKA SPICY?
Shakshuka

it considered flavorful spicy, not hot spicy, but you can control the spiciness
