BREAKFAST WRAP
Hi everyone … how are you doing? sorry, I have not been around
for a while, but my laptop was in a miserable situation,
and it needs to be fixed, right now it is good (thanks to ALLAH), so let's get on track again.
Today we will make a Breakfast Wrap the best way to kickstart your morning,
filled with fresh veggies and smoked turkey,
it's kind of healthy, fun, and easy to make.
Ingredient:
- Whole wheat tortilla wrap (You’ll need medium -big ones to be the easiest to roll)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 turkeys
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes, halved (or regular tomato)
- Lettuce
- Parmesan
cheese (or any
kind of cheese)
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
How to do it:
1.
Prepare all ingredients before you start.
2.
Warm the tortilla a little first (as that will make it easier to wrap without tearing). Put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds, or place it on
a gas burner for 30-sec truing consistently.
3.
Heat the grill up, then place the tortilla on a plate or on a cutting
board, then spread the wraps with mustard, Add the turkey, parmesan cheese, chopped cherry tomatoes, Cucumber, Bell pepper, and Lettuce at the top.
4. Roll the
wrap-up, put it on the grill for 1-3 mint, slice it in
half, and serve. ENJOY!!!
How to fold
a wrap:
This step isn’t hard, but
you might need a little practice to get the hang of it (I know I did!), so here
is how:
Make sure you have big tortillas! we are talking
about 10 inches and more. Any Smaller you are going to struggle to fold it, especially with this amount of filling.
you are
going to want to warm it a little first, as that will make it easier to wrap
without tearing.
add your filling - less than you think you will
need. Put it in a line across the tortilla, towards the bottom, leaving the top
⅔ free and a couple of inches at the side.
Tuck in the sides first. Then, fold the tortilla
over the fillings and roll it closed. “tuck & roll” method,
and it is preferable to have an extra pair of
hands nearby.

get it, you can watch some YouTube video

Their
wraps are at their best on the day of preparation, but you also can wrap the
tortillas in parchment paper or cling film, refrigerate them for up to 1 day
