Mashed Potatoes Hi everyone, I got one of my wisdom teeth removed a couple of days ago, so I can’t eat any type of sold food, so mashed potatoes were my best choice meal. Today I will bring to you a simple homemade mashed potatoes recipe its fluffy , creamy , and full of flavor ! and it's one of the classic side dishes. Ingredients: 4 potatoes 3 cloves garlic (optional) ½ cup butter (60g) ¾ cup heavy cream (or milk) 3 tsp salt Black pepper (to add flavor) How to do it: 1. Peel the potatoes (I prefer peeling the potato because it will be so hot to peel when it's done), then cut each potato into small pieces ( Less boiling time ) , Peel the garlic cloves . 2.
