Who doesn’t love Corn with Butter?

Butter Corn recipe is one of my favorite side dishes, it’s delicioussimple, quick, and easy to make. You can eat it alone or alongside dinner and make it from fresh or frozen corn!😋



I've always seen them sold in the markets Stall, and they look delicious and test so good, so I said why I don’t give it a try? and it trends out to be so yummy and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Corn - 2 cups (If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cob then set them aside)
  • Water
  • to the season: 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Black Pepper, BBQ powder (if you want)
  • 3 -4 Tbs butter

 

How to make it:

1.     Dump in the 2 cups of frozen Corn (or the fresh corn) in a small saucepan, then add 2.5 cups of Water., Keep it cooking on medium heat for 5 min.

2.     Once it is done turn off the heat, and drain the Corn.

3.     Quickly add the Butter while the Corn is still hot, the hotter the better (to melt the better the corn needs to be hot)

4.     Season it with Salt, Pepper. and BBQ powder (if you want). Enjoy!

 

Note :

-         You can use frozen, fresh or canned corn.

-         You can add some cheese and sprinkle some parsley if you want.

-         Serve it hot, for a better test.
