Melon juice

Melon juice Hi ...  since ☀summer☀ is here I thought why I don’t share with you a refreshing recipe , and what is the thing that refreshing more than cold  tasty juice , so here is the melon juice recipe. Ingredient : This refreshing drink requires only three simple ingredients to make. Melon , sugar , and ice cubes ! ·         2 cups of chopped Melon (the yellow-orange one not red) ·         1 cup of ice cubes ·         2.5 tbs of sugar (If you prefer a healthier alternative, you can add honey instead)   How to do it: 1.       Using a sharp knife cut the melon in half. remove the middle part with seeds, you can either cut the melon into smaller parts then remove the skin, or using a spoon, scrape the melon and place it in a blender. 2.      Then put the ice cubes and sugar in the blender, and blend it 3.      Pour it into a cup, and E n j o y ! !

Mashed Potatoes

Mashed Potatoes Hi everyone, I got one of my wisdom teeth removed a couple of days ago, so I can’t eat any type of sold food, so mashed potatoes were my best choice meal. Today I will bring to you a simple homemade mashed potatoes recipe its  fluffy , creamy , and full of flavor ! and it's one of the classic side dishes.  Ingredients: 4 potatoes 3 cloves garlic (optional) ½ cup butter (60g) ¾ cup heavy cream (or milk) 3 tsp salt Black pepper (to add flavor) How to do it: 1.      Peel the potatoes (I prefer peeling the potato because it will be so hot to peel when it's done), then cut each potato into small pieces ( Less boiling time ) , Peel the garlic cloves . 2.     Put the potato and garlic into a large pot then fill with water until the potatoes are covered. Then Add 2 tsp of salt to the water, it will be done in 10 minutes or until fork tender. 3.    Drain the potatoes and garlic then transfer them back to the warm pot, and then mash them. 4.   Melt

  Pasta salad Hi everyone , today I will do a pasta salad , it is a great and delicious dish (I love it a lot ) Made with simple ingredients , this salad is flexible you can add whatever you love and do it anytime . Plus, you are looking at under 35 minutes from start to finish. Not too bad, especially when you can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days !
