Lentil Soup

  Lentil Soup Hi everyone, today I will represent to you Lentil Soup , the first recipe for dishes that are related to Ramadan Sorry for being late 😞but the first days of Ramadan were tough... especially since this is my first Ramadan during work in a full-time job. Lentil Soup  is one of the essential Ramadan dishes, it is one of my favorites, to be honest, so my mom has to do it like every day, it is considered a side dish but it has to be on the table Let me explain a little bit more why it's important   when we break our fast we break it by eating date and soup and drinking some water , after that, we start with the mine meal, so that’s why. Without further ado let's hit the recipe Ingredients: 1.    2 bouillon cubes (you don’t need them if you have chicken stock) 2.   3 medium-sized zucchinis 3.   2 medium-sized carrots 4.   One medium size onion 5.   A cup and a half of red lentils 6.    6 cups of water or chicken stock 7.    2 tablespoons of Olive oil 8.

  Homemade C aramel                                Prep time: 20 min Today I will explain how to make Dry Homemade Caramel , Rich and delicious, perfect for all sorts of recipes, use it as a filling, drizzle, or just eat it by the spoonful! So this time I will mention the tips first so you can make the best homemade caramel. My tips for the best homemade caramel: 1.      Make sure to Prep all your ingredient before you start , because things will speed up at the end and for safety reasons . 2.      Try to use a deep big heavy saucepan , because the Caramel will bubble up when you add the milk, and we don’t want it to overflow as well. 3.        Don’t stir the Caramel at the beginning, because stirring will cause crystallization, and you don’t want sugar cubes in your Caramel .   featherlight Scones                                              prep time: 25 min Hi everybody ... today I'm going to take you with me on a flight to Scot land to try something sweet and very delouses called " Featherlight Scones " , Featherlight Scones  are considered an essential part of any English afternoon tea, especially with jam and clotted cream , they are crunchy on the outside while soft and moist on the inside , HOW TASTY ! ! !
